We are delighted to present a brand new premium rate service enabling Nokia mobile phone users to unlock their handset and use any SIM card.

To use this service, Users need the following information;

1. Mobile Phone number
2. IMEI serial number. This can fe found by typing *#06# on your keypad or looking under your battery pack.
3. Handset model eg 3650
4. Current network operator.

Users simply the premium rate line 0906 635 3919 and follow the instructions to receive their unlocking code. The code is then entered (as if you were making a call) and upon entering the last digit, the phone will say “Restriction Off”

Users should insure that they note down their unlocking code correctly and if they are unsuccessful after their second attempt of entering the code, they should seek assistance from our Customer Service Help Desk; 0906 635 3968 (calls cost £1.50 per minute).

It is also worth checking that the handset is actually locked before this process is attempted. This can be done by inserting a SIM card from a different network into the handset, if the handset is locked to one to one network, the SIM will not work.

One thing to note (as stated on the ivr), if the incorrect code is input three times the phone will be locked and the user will have to contact the network operator.
